Default RPM isolates when in Neutral

Hi,
My car is Honda Accord, 1980 Automatic. When I put my car in Neutral its RPM starts isolating between 1K and 2K. It looks like you are pressing on the gas. It is fine on other gears, even when I am waiting idle in traffic!

I should say that when I start the car and if it is in neutral it looks fine. The problem happens after I drive the car for a couple of minutes and then put it in Netural. Some ppl say it might be because of my timing. I am really bad about cars and dont know how to fix it. I really appreciate your inputs.

thanks,
-ben
