i have 92 si with clear title but the car is stripped(missing the d16 vtec)there is a cx motor torn apart in the car.the cx motor is def not worth it. i also have a 92 dx hatch runs and in perfect condition with no title or a way to get one. so i am going to put the dx motor in the si shell..it should bolt right in..or do need any mods

 

as for bolting right in that is a yes. The only thing i dont know is if your p28 ecu in the si will run the d15 motor successfully.
