Default engine shakes... motor mount inserts?

I have a 96 civic ex, and my engine shakes, especially when my AC is on. It makes my shifter shake and my exhaust constantly wiggle and it is very annoying. I've pretty much narrowed it down to the motor mounts.

Will motor mount inserts (like Energy Suspension) make this go away? Or do I need all new mounts.

Thanks,
Philip

EDIT:: I just searched a little and found that this will not work. BTW I didn't search before because this computer keeps having problems and I have to restart IE every few minutes.

with the energy suspension inserts, you will feel slight vibrations inside the car, i've got them in my 96 coupe, including a homemade polyurethane filled upper tranny mount, which makes for a lot of vibration inside the car, but i'm use to it.

Look at the motor mounts and see if they are cracked or torn. And if you want it to go back to stock than don't use inserts that made to stiffen the motor and increase performance. Find a junkyard set or go to the dealer. I wouldn't recomend inserts in a bad mount, they even tell you that on the package
