Rear main seal & Pilot bearing??
it would be quite a bit of work, you would obviously have to drop your tranny and remove your clutch and flywheel, then take off your oil pan and remove the crankcase side plate, you'll probably have to knock out the old seal with a screwdriver from the back and then hit the new one in with a rubber mallet, then go get some hondabond and apply a thin layer to the crankcase surface after you have cleaned all the old hondabond off and bolt it all back together

H22's dont have a pilot bearing.
I would think shouldnt take more than a weekend for the Main Seal. It only took us a day, but we had the engine out.

i just did my clutch this weekend, with the engine in the car. started work at 1 pm stopped at 9pm ( had the tranny back in). started again in the morning ( 10 am) and put everything else back together by about 1 pm.
I was taking pics of each step for a write up though, so you could be done in less time.
