Default what kind of wire to use for shielded o2 sensor wiring

i need to re-wire my o2 sensor all the way back to the ecu (the o2 wiring was butchered when i got the car), and ive read that the white wire needs to be shielded/grounded. what kind of wire would i use for that, and how exactly do i ground it? i searched but couldnt find anything on it.

any info would be appreciated

Multo Strand Rubber insulated copper wire will work fine, as far as grounfing it if it's the ground for the 02 heater or the o2 itself you can ground to the frame chances are there is an ecu pin for it
