DC Header for 1997 Accord EX.
I ordered a DCSport header for my 1997 Accord that has a SOHC 2.2 Vtec engine, and would like to know whether the haeder is going to be a straight bolt on. Most Accords have the 2.2 std. engine. Any inputs ??? Thanks
i know this has nothing to do with bolts but from what I understand DC has a welding problem, I would suggest taking a look at the welds on the header and make sure they are uniform without pitting or holes. Just a thought, I have no real experience with them just input from others.
They didn't last long? First, how long is not long? And second, what happened? If you want headers that last a long time, Airmass has triple coated ceramic (but no gains like DC or Ractive)

i have kamikaze headers now no need for another set, no other header will give me the tuning potential and the gains i have gotten from the kami's, thanks anyway

Thanks for the inputs on the DC headers the only problem now though, is that the DCs is on ot's way. Iguess that I'll have to return to sender
Kamakazi seems to be the way to go on this Accord.
