So I decided to take the dc2 out for a drive for the first time in about a month last night. So Im driving down 8 mile road here and up pulls next to me a Grand Prix White S2k, cruisin with his top down. He yells over to me and says "why don't you sell that little boy's toy and get a real man's machine." I just looked over and laughed. Then I revved on him, and he wouldnt race, whats that all about? I just think its funny that some people get big heads because of their cars...

 

that's pretty gay man. **** that guy. Some s2k owners are full of themselves...just let it go. Let them think what they want

 

most s2k owners are cool but then there are always the dicks.

yeah, most i have met are cool... but after that guy it makes me wish I had an NSX so I could pull up next to him and say, get rid of that ***** toy and get a real machine...haha

For whatever it's worth, on the track, stock vs stock, the cars are close enough that the driver makes the difference most of the time.

well i hardly ever rev at people, but lets just say we did race, and he did win, he is gonna go around thinking that he is superior to everyone that drives an R or any other honda for that matter... It was just one of those situations where it would be nice to put someone in there place. Not that I think racing would have been a good response. Just another loser who makes anyone who buys a sports car look bad. I try and be nice to anyone who asks about my car, even let strangers take a seat in it if I have the time and they are overly interested. Thanks a lot. Actually, some kid in the parking lot of the 7-11 asked the other day if he could rent it from me for the day. "Not a bad idea, that could help w/ the payments," I thought. Based on that idea, if you want to come get it from MI, maybe we could work something out .

most s2k owners are cool, a few of them even waved at me, when cruising in the R, I taught that was pretty cool!

A friend of mine just bought an S2k. We ran pretty close except he pulled back on me in third. My car has a p.o.s. intake and a universal muffler (complements of the previous owner...lol), so I'm sure a more modded itr with a good driver would **** of a guy like that. Almost every s2k guy I've met has been really cool and respectfull, especially towards fellow hondas.

 

yeah ive met alot of s2k owners, and even raced a few at the track, most of them are really cool, and can appreciate an ITR as much as I do. just that one guy. And to the comment that said street racing is ghey, first of all I dont drive around looking for street races, and I get alot of people that try and race me anyways just because I have an R. I can garauntee that every ITR owner has opened it full throttle on the street at least once, and probabaly would have done the same thing as I did.
