Today after I left Church Automotive (Shawn did a great job with my car btw)...I noticed my passenger side window wouldn't roll up...at first I thought it was a fuse but it wasn't...I still have yet to check the relay under the dash...then at nighttime..I realized my Driverside headlight wasn't working either (highbeam works but not low beams)...is there some fuse or relay that controls these?

 

check all wires and make sure that they are not cut and causing a ground somewhere. This sounds like a fuse problem to me. Pay close attn to the fuse diagram and make sure that you are looking at the right fuses, sometimes that thing can be confusing.
