does anyone know where I can get the black bumper lights for a 91 crx?

I dont think that they make them. I bet you can make your own. Depending on what you are looking to do you can either go to a Home Depot like store or Michael's and get some Krylon Stained Glass spray in a tint and pain the actual lenses. Or you can remove the lights and then take the front lens off and mask off the reflector (if 90-91 only) and paint the housing black. That will give the same effect. You might want to try black chrome paint. It is not really chrome but is just a really shiny black paint.
