Your best bet would be to get new springs that drop it to your liking or get coil overs.

not recommended at all...but..it has been done before a billion times..are the springs brand new or did you get them used for a decent price?..if they are new..i'd feel bad chopping springs i just paid for when i could've gotten a different brand with more of a drop..if you have stock struts..cutting the spring for more drop will kill the struts quicker but..if you want the look and more drop..go ahead and chop em..then..DO IT RIGHT THE NEXT TIME AFTER YOUR **** GETS WRECKED(blown struts, questionable camber,etc.)but..dont wanna sound "preachy"..ive seen many chopped springs before..even in an OPTION2 magazine

Use a nail file, or your teeth.

How do you think you should cut them, a chainsaw? Get a damn cutoff wheel for your grinder and have at it, chief!
