Hydroplaned, need repair ideas
A few days ago I hydroplaned my gsr on rte 17 (NY) in light rain
, going 60 (in a 65). Spun twice, and hit another car at low speed. The damage to my car is the front bumper/lip needs to be replaced. Any ideas/prices?
Also, to prevent this from happening again, if you have had good (or really bad) experiences with tires, please let me know whats a good or bad bet. I need high performance, good rain perfomance (i have snow tires for winter) and decent tread life.
Any help is very appreciated. Thank you

If your insurance is paying for a front end to get replaced, and you have a good insurance company you should be able to pull off a jdm front end pretty easy I would think. To replace the front end is gonna be close to 3k if its a good body shop. I know the shop that I took mine to wants 1500 just for a side fender.
