HELP!!!! DEPINING?!?!?!?!?!?!

i try and i try and i try ... but i just cant depin these ecu plugs!!! can anyone give me some exact methods that some of you have found out so that i can get this damn swap done!!!! please!!!1

thanks.. i pretty much just wasnt using a goos tool ... a founf a perfect percision screwdriver and pushed hard n they poped right out!!!
