Just installed a 4-1 Header and hooked up both o2 sensors (extended the secondary). Took the car for a drive and everything was fine but on my way back the check engine light came on..........Code 65 Secondary oxygen sensor heater.

What can i do to resolve this?

have you double check the o2 connection that you extended to see if it's okay, or hook up corectly?

 

Everything looks to be ok... I disconnected it and ensured. Also reset ECU again so it is not throwing a code now.

Gonna be going out soon so we will see if it comes back....if it does, monday im gonna rewire it just to be sure.
