Airbag falling out of wheel?

Airbag falling out of wheel?
The center section of my steering wheel on my 95 gsr is falling out..... Its been getting looser and looser over the last couple months.... and there was this clicking noise when i would turn the wheel harder than normal. Then yesterday I noticed that the sections was actually coming loose. How do I fix this? I took a glance and didnt see any obvious nut/bolts whatever.

The airbag has 2 T28(or T30) screws that hold it in on the sides. One is under the cruise button and the other is on the left side under a pop cap.
