What is the 99-00 si factory wheel offset????

What is the 99-00 si factory wheel offset????
Just want to know what the stock wheel's offset is. Going soloII and can't go beyond .25 of an inch of the stock offset. I'm gonna use every bit of that .25 to push the wheel outward. Anyone know how many milimeters .25 of an inch is? I am guessing less than 10 but I could be wrong. THANKS FOR THE HELP!
