well i was tryin to put on a stock LS exhaust, but the resignator's bolts that connect to the catalyic convertor are rusted on soooo bad... we already tried to melt one bolt off and now it has no shape.... I called midas and the guy was talkin bout it mite take 1 hr for just 3 bolts and it costs $77.50 an hour for labor so i was like **** that...

ne one have ne other suggestions?

 

Excluding putting the car on the rack, this should take about 3 minutes with a cutting torch if they cut the studs. You may want to remove the exhaust a cat as a unit, and then focus on those three studs when you can get to them. I had to do this on my '97 when I installed my exhaust. You may need to replace the studs.
