Default Need help!! b18a swap

ok i have a 88dx and we put a b18a 0bd-0 . Im throwing a code 9 and thats it. By the way wat is a code 9. Does it have a really bad affect on me. Because lots of smoke is coming out of my exhaust and sometimes it shoots like this black colored stuff like old oil or something. Whats wrong with my car?I guess im running rich and how would i fix that. It sucks i took it for a test drive and i cant see behind my rear view mirror because of all the smoke. I also have a question on the block what is the brown plugin. I believe its a sensor but i dont have a plug im using a si harness. Please respond to this

Code 9 (Crank Position Sensor)...usually when distributor bearing is failing you get this code...just replace your distributor.

*Brown plug located where on the block?

i would double check your wiring before spending the bank on a new distributor.
