I know their a respectable company, but i've read nothing but bad things from other members. From what i've read, you'll get your product...but tons of chaos about shipping

Weird that I stumbled across this in the appearance forum. I ordered a lip from them. I paid on June 2nd. It is now the 19th and I still don't have the lip. I recieved a reply email on the 13th saying that I should have it early this week cause it was drop shipped from their california warehouse. It's now the end of the week and still nothing. I'll keep you updated but 17 days to ship a fricken lip ups ground from california is a joke. Definately would not order from them again.

Well. I just got the lip today. Due to the size they had to ship it DHL which i know is next day from california no matter what size so by them telling me that they drop shipped it already is a joke. 19 days isn't good enough for me to save a few bucks on next time.
I got my lips and grill from them. You have to call and pester them about a tracking number. The **** fits pretty well tho. Looks good too. But there shipping could deff be better.

i got front and rear lips for 107 shipped..can't beat the price...
but it took 1 month to get here.. apparently the first time they sent them, they got damaged and returned.. ya well they never mentioned that to me.
they are a small company and need to hire more helping hands.. they are terrible about replying to emails and such.. you just have to keep pestering them(in a semi-nice way tho)

I placed an order for 2 mugen style lips back in feb. and when they shipped it i only got one...not too mention i already took me 3 weeks to get that one...called them back and he din't have any prob. with sending out another one...he said i'd have it with in a week...so i waited and waited still no lip...called him again and he said they were on a back order and they wouldn't come in till april 24...i told him i would wait for the backorder...called him back on the 24th and still no lip...so i gave it 2 more weeks. When i called back he said he shipped it out already but din't have a tracking number for the order and if i din't get it by the end of the week to call him back...well...ever since then i have not been able to get hold of them...it's either busy or no one picks up...i've emailed them...the whole works...the guy i spoke too was a real nice guy...but damn almost five months damn it and still no lip!
