Default smog experts help

Today I did my second pre smog after installing my jdm b16a into my 88 crx dx. I did an obd1 conversion and am running the usdm p30 ecu. My dad and I rebuild the entire engine and replaced everything necessary to replace on the engine. Also got a new fuel filter, cleaned and calibrated injectors, fuel pressure is fine. Running stock cams and brand new cat with a greddy sp2 exhaust. This is the second pre smog I've gotten and the first one I failed horribly. However the second one which I included a picture of I only failed at 15mph. I failed the no and hc portions of the 15mph test. I have been having a problem with my vss going off and tried to remedy this using a resistor but it doesn't appear to be working. My smog mechanic thinks that maybe this is part of the problem. He also feels I should be using 100 octane. I need help passing this car before my tags expire in a month. Any ideas? Heres the results of the test sorry if it's hard to see.

Engine mods are:
AEM CAI
Mild port n polish
Ctr pistons

Also he was testing it as a stock crx dx not a b16a because he didn't know how to do it. Anyone have the smog requirements for a b16?

My results from a couple weeks ago were similar.
Sounds like the cat but u got a new one. Hmmm
Not sure how the vss affects everything.
What's your fuel pressure?
Does car have new distributor, rotor ,plugs, wires?
Is that ecu chipped?
I assume timing is correct.

Fuel pressure is set to stock del sol dohc vtec. Motor is rebuilt with everything brand new. Ecu is stock usdm p30. Timing is correct. I searched through ht though and found out I might have had my o2 sensor wired up wrong. I switched the wires and am going to get another presmog tommorrow when I work.

this might crack you up.. but... if you took the car in on 3 cylnders.. it might pass... and im not saying take 1 plug wire off.. you have to remove the injector.. unplug it.. it will not add fuel, and only produce 3/4 the emmisions.. lol

ive seen it done. i don't bullshit.
