alright well my next mod on the crx is H/E. Im running an obd0 b16a. I was very intested in the TODA header but it wont clear the stock x-member so thats out the window...im getting a custom traction bar int he future but thats not for a while..i want the header now!...so anyway now im looking into either the Bisi header for the B-Series or the AN-R street compact header...probably the Bisi because i want to eventually put my a/c compressor back on. Ive pretty much decided on gettin the RS*R Exmag catback.

I need advice on what i should do because im somewhat worried about getting a flange welded onto either of those headers beacuse theyre both welded with such fine craftsmenship, i'd hate for some n00b at the exhaust shop make a bad weld that might rust threw or sumthin. The other thing is i need 2 o2 bungs welded into the header...will the crazy bends int he manifold create a problem with this?

Now heres where im confused...What do you guys think i should do abuot the cat? and im guessing the RSR's length isnt going to be the exact length, i haev a feeling the exit pipe in the header will be too long or not long enough. I'd rather my brand new SS exaust not get chopped up at the exhaust shop.

 

Your exhaust has a little bit of play back and forth, or atleast mine did for my DC header, my header was just a bit longer, just got my brother under the car as well and he pulled the exhaust back the maybe 3/4" and it bolted right up
