Headlight idea
Tell me your opinion on whether this would look good or not. Picture a 91 Civic headlight. Two bulbs, right? In my low beam, I have PIAA Xtreme Whites, now in the high beam, I want to put in a super bright yellow tinted bulb to replicate fog lights. How bad will it blind oncoming drivers? (I won't use the high beams much, only in the heavy rain, in the daytime and the ever occasional fog.) I don't like making other drivers blind. Would it look good or stupid? I am trying to decide before I order a set. BTW, I have the factory corners with a hyper white parking light to blend better with the headlight. Also, I was thinking of getting the all amber corners, so how would the yellow look with that factored in??

By getting the hyper yellow lights. They light up fog-light bright yellow, without having a yellow appearance off.

I run Max Gold's in my 9005 and I used to have yellow tinted bulbs for my 9006, 9005 and my fogs in my old jetta. I double checks the laws and it says that you can have white or yellow light emitted from your front end. CA VC 20590
You would blind the crap out of people just like you would blind them with white bulbs.
The only way you won't blind them is if you aim your headlights down a lot so thehighbeams are LOW. That would defeat the purpose of the low beams though.
