I don't think so, I know they are the same size but they are not interchangeable from what I've heard. I think you have to use the knuckle and spindle from a GSR to make it work.

GSR calipers are the exact same calipers as the Civic calipers (EX/Si). When I buy pads for my car and My brother's GSR I ask for two sets of GSR pads.
I believe in '93 the pad was slightly different. However, the caliper is the same. You wouldn't benefit from swapping out the calipers. If you have rear drums, then a swap could help.
