Can a ported head be ported again if you're switching to bigger cams?

Can a ported head be ported again if you're switching to bigger cams?
i have the DPR stage 6+ headwork on my Teg and was curious if I was tyo switch to bigger cams, if it'll be okay to port the head out even more?

i'd leave it the way it is, bigger ports doesn't = better. I'm sure the stage 6 has adequate airflow for bigger cams.
