The dizzy plug needs to be replaced with one from the Si. The DX one is 2 pins less than the Si one (2 extra injectors).

You could just hardwire , but that would suck if you ever needed to pull the dizzy off for some reason.

You need an MPFi distributor.

yes, but make sure you dont mix them up. Take it slow, and try to label the wires inside the engine bay and on the ECU side of the connections. When your feeding the wire through the firewall right above the ECU from the engine bay take a long screwdriver with your length of wire, elctricol taped to the Screw driver (easy to Twine the two wires by putting them into an electric screw driver.. twists them nicely if you have someone hold them tight oposite of you). then pull the wires through. You prob already knew this, but jsut small help ^_^

Now, just to let you know, he does mention two methods on the ECU side of wiring,... one which requires depinning and the other just cutting. Read through that article i gave you a few times to get a good grasp so you dont mix yourself up. If your depinning, use some strong tweasers or something small and uh, pin like... it took me quite a few tries.....you have to press aginst a clip then push to pop it out, from the opposite side of where the wire comes out

any more Q's just post up, and if your stuck i'll take a pick of my engine bay or whatever....

good luck

One more thing you might run in to (unless you already did it) Next to the Distributor, besides for the two wires that are fed into the ECU, if you are using a DX harness and SI distributor/wires......Use si harnes's plug onto your modified DX harness, and match the colors up the best you can, they can sometimes be off .. ex. light orange... bright orange...... and there will be two white wires there(in some cases) if there is , just switch them if you sence anything wrong...

ok ... few questions.... in the write up is says to wire the left wire on the injector as the signal wire ..... but, from looking at my 92 hatch i noticed, looking from the front that the right wires were the solid color signal wires ... just the same as the obd0 injector clips that i picked up out of a obd0 teg.....

so i went with my gut feeling and wired the right wire(the solid colors---brown-red-blue-yellow) as the signal wires and then all the red black wires i sent to the resistor box..... does that sound right?????

also .. does it matter which red/black wire goes where to the resistor box????
