Default Map sensor

I have a 91 dx hatch that i put a 98 y7 motor in and everything is done.
Except when i turn the key to on to see if their are any codes it throw's a map code i have done everything even rewired it.

I am thinking my ecu is bad can that be the problem because i am really fead up with this.

Please help me

Have u tryed a new MAP sensor?
Oh and since u have a Y7, the MAP sensor is on the TB right?

yes i put my map in my friends car and it works fine

and it has the crx si mani on it so the map is on the firewall

i just dont no whats up

I was wondering what IM u were running, since the Y7 and a totally dif. style one. The condition of the vacuum hose is in good shape? The hose should go from the bottom side of the MAP to the nipple on the top side front on the TB. IS yours routed like that?
