A friend of mine just bought a OBD0 B16 longblock but he has a OBD1 car does he just have to get a OBD 1 Dizzy and change the injectors? does he have to change the harness on the injectors as well or can he reuse it and just use his OBD1 injectors?

Use the obd-1 ls harness and injectors. He'll have to run the wires for vtec and what not. He can use the ls distributor but he'll have to cut one of the ears off to mount it. Get an obd-1 b16/gs-r distributor.
