To be technical, you don't really post a photo on this site. What you have to do is have the photo at a web addressable location and then you enter the address of the photo.
To do this, you press the little icon that has a mountain on it, it's in the same location as the "bold" and "under-line" icons. (they are present when you are on the "post reply" page. What will happen is that two html instruction codes will pop up with brackets around them, and you enter the address of your photo between them.
