Spring bolts on cat flanges squeaking?

Spring bolts on cat flanges squeaking?
Everytime I put my gsr to reverse I hear this "squeaking" noise. I just replaced a testpipe for a stock cat and now I hear squeaking? Do I need to tightened the bolts up or spray some WD40? Thanks
