Default Apexi N1 muffler vs. Apexi N1 "style muffler on ebay

I was looking to get an Apexi N1 turbo muffler for my teg, with the 3" inlet and 4.25" outlet. The genuine Apexi mufflers go for about $160 in ebay. Then there are the Apexi N1 turbo "style" mufflers, made by some no-name company for only $48. I am wondering if it's really worth the extra $112 for the Apexi name. They are both made of decent materials and have the same specs. Any suggestions? I'm just trying to shave a few bucks here and there so I will have more money for other things. Thanks

the way i see it, a muffler is a muffler. If 2 mufflers look alike , flow the same, same specs, save your money and get the cheaper one.. This does not always work with other products but when people talk about mufflers i mean cmon.. its just a muffler.

someone should buy both and cut them open to see whats inside for materials and construction wise. Settle this once and for all.
