anyone know if there is a way to spot a fake kosei k1 if anyone makes them.
im about to buy a set and im not too sure if its legit.

Well, I don't think they make knockoff K1's. Just look really closesly and see if they have ever been painted, at least that's what I would do.

kosei makes the rims for buddy club its the same thing.

never heard of a fake k1/p1 though.

 

i think thats the only rim that rota didnt copy

Yea, I havn't seen any kosei k1 knock offs.
I have 16" silver k1's and they are great

 

Koseis are like $120 each, I doubt there is a knockoff of them. Although konig has a wheel (orange,green) that is identical to the new K1. Are they the same company or something?

im trying to buy some kosei's but this guy wants 600 for them. personally i dont think its worth that much considering it has small scratches or cracks and tires are worn. 2azenis and 2 shitty generic both about 30% or 3/32 bald.
everytime i talk to this guy something new about the rims come up. first it was the tire tread was low, then some small chips, then the sticker is gone from i dont know what. anyways heres the link and pic for them. tell me how much you think its worth.

The wheels in the link you provided are real kosei k1/buddy club, I know because I sold them to him on the back of each rim says "Made in Japan" and also a "15x7" designation. The rims are pretty damn mint unless your **** about some lil 1 millimeter nicks and scuffs.

nope. buddy club is in a case right now to get rid of all of the knock-offs (Buddy Club 2, Buddy rims, Kosei knock-offs, etc.)

yea its used and they want almost full asking price. its only 20 bucks more ontop of rotas and i get an excuse of "these arent rotas" oh well pm's sent.
