Default best cam for f22

im about to put on a new cam gear on my 92 EX and was wondering whats a good cam shaft i can put on while im at it? thanks

Honestly, as far as gears go, its a SOHC so you're not gonna see much difference. But AEM makes good stuff if you are set on getting one. Cams are more difficult because they are all (all that I've seen anyway) regrinds for the F series engines.

Your best bet is http://www.webcamshafts.com

Our F22 makes close to 400 hp in all motor (naturally aspirated trim) with their cams. Ask for Debbie.

Sprockets also help make good power on SOHC engines. I should know!

f series ownz yer face. i went to their site it says the grinds for vtak is for street/drag, but this is for the non-vtaaaak: Very broad power range with good idle for stock fuel injected engines.

so im assuming its good for everyday driving...but i will let bisimoto answer as he might know for a fact
