mounting polk/momo 6.5" components

mounting polk/momo 6.5" components
how the hell do you mount these in a 2000 civic, if possible? if i cut out the actual hole in the door the magnet will hit the window track, if i dont i'd have to cut out the door where the stock speaker mounts but then the stock grill probably wont snap back on... has anyone got these in their car?
