they're out of the box its a legit H4 HID Kit didn't come out of a car its a kit specially made for H4 bulbs

Are you sure its' Philips? The picture you posted says Polarion on the ballast.

Anyways, do you still have the box for the kit? How long was it used for? I'm located in Queens, NY and can meet up to work out a deal.

and yea he says there a Philips kit but i've seen this kit in person and it looks to me to be a Polarion H4 kit but the bulbs have philips printed on them box is included used for approx. 11 hourz
