91 crx si doors on 89 hf

Does anybody know if it's possible to fit 90-91 si doors on 88-89 hfs. if you have any pics please post. thanks

my friend had an 89 crx dx with his doors all bondo up & ugly. he got a hold of some 90/91 crx dx doors. turned out they didn't fit. they were longer by just a little bitt... the door wouldn't shut all the way. i've noticed that you can tell the difference of the years for a crx by the side moldings. the 88-89 has thicker side moldings compared to the 90/91, which is alot sleeker/slimmer.
