A while back I bought his built h22 shortblock that he said had a spun bearing, but when it came I found out it had a spun main bearing and i didnt want to deal with having to fix that so i sent the block back to him (with money out of my pocket, even though this was his mistake not telling me it had a spun main bearing!) and he agreed to send me my money back the same day he recieved the block. so he recieved the block june 1st and didnt respond to me until about a couple days later until he gets my numerous PM's about my money and then he tells me there is damage to the block. he shipped the block to me in a big container (keep in mind the block weighed about 120lbs) and now he tells me theres a little scratch on top of the block, i highly doubt ups would flip over a 120+ pound package. even if this really happen thats no reason not to send my money back and keep me from having my car. my block is waiting to be picked up from endyn but being on the budget im on i dont have enough money to pay for the block without the money he owes me.

Sam please send me my money back, like i said ive already been fired from my job because i dont have a ride to work since my block is still sitting there at endyn. Its been more than 2 weeks since you have recieved your block back. Now i struggle from day to day walking door to door to find a job to support my wife and I since she can't go to work, due to the fact she is almost due for our first child. I can't even take her to go see the doctor without having to have her wait until i can get a ride. Please dont make me go on like this... I cant even sleep at night thinking she'll need to go to the hospital and me not being able to take her right away. Please send my money back. Im begging you...

umm you dont even know the situation and you jump in and start making accusations? this started about 3-4 months span when i was buying the block, recieved it and sent it back. that's why im so mad because this is taking so long. 3-4 months ago when i still had a job and she still had a car it was an ok idea to build my motor, due to some misfortune she doesnt have her car anymore and i dont have my job...

I know John on a personally and he is one of the most honest, genuine people I know. He's the type of person that would give you the shirt off his back. He's always trying to help and give back. He's already going through a lot of misfortune already and for someone to do him like this, damn that's not cool at all.
