h22 turbo manifold
Revhard makes a T3 manifold that doesn't interfere with the AC... It's a decent flowing manifold for its size

There is a picture of the manifold on my motor within the link in my sig...

by his user name, I'd assume he has an EK ... which does not have nearly as much room between the block and radiator support as your 5th gen..
On my EK, I went with an SFP manifold, it places the turbo at an angle right below the manifold. As for the wastegate, it places that infront of the distributor. The A/C compressor still bolts on (with the aid of the HCP bracket) but the factory A/C lines do not fit. There is a shop in town that makes custom lines. I'm going to go talk to them and see what they can do.. this way I could have them route the lines away from the heat sources.. only manifold I can think of off the top of my head that will allow you to use stock a/c lines w/h22 ek would be the love fab sidewinder (lovefab.com) .. but their pretty expensive...

I will be introducing a new line of my H series manifold very soon. PM me for details. The manifolds will be AC compatible and will use a 2.5" dp due to space, I can produce a 3" but it is going to require some modification to the traction beam.
