yes. civics and CRX have identical engine/transmission parts. 88 is compatible only with 88, 89 is compatible with 90-91, but 90-91 are slightly larger, so its not a good idea to put a 90-91 clutch on an 89 flywheel.

so your answer is yes, it will fit.
