Default stage 3 clutch in traffic?

i just got a jdm h22 after throwing a rod in my old engine and i need a clutch. i called nopi since they are the only company i've ever known to have fast shipping and they didn't have the centerforce stage 2 clutch that wanted but suggested the dual friction clutch instead. is this clutch too grippy for normal driving, considering i live just outside chicago and often get stuck in traffic. also i know that the pedal pressure is quite stiff, how bad is that for stop and go traffic. thanks for any input you have

Are you making enough power to actually need that aggressive a clutch? With an otherwise stock engine - or even with lots of bolt-ons, that'd be overkill.

I personally can't stand a stiff clutch of the on/off variety - even without stop & go traffic. So I say only get as much clutch as you actually need.
