It has a japanese name to it. This one guy that owns J-Tech I think was at the HB Honda-Tech meet, and he was explaining all this crap about that it. I just know it has something to do with being JDM because he and his "J-Tech

its for japanes drivers in japan...to notify ppl that u just got ur lisence and u are a newb driver. u have that if u are new to driving for 1 year. than they have another one too for a different meaning. they also have the pink lisence plate which also stands for a new driver. its not pink pink but has a neon light to signify new driver.
yeah the name for them is, "wakaba mark" its for new inexperienced drivers. they sport these for the 1st year and the nut looking one that is yellowish and brown is for old people. check out speedhawaii.com for the fakes. i picked mine up from some dude in tokyo, so its the real thing, 3m makes the others.

Why exactly would someone want to have a New driver tag on there car, thats bad. New drivers suck, its only because its "JDM" that people have it and waste money on it that they could be spending on functional parts. That tag is nothing but rice. And anyone who sports it is on there way to becoming the new form of rice, JDM RICE.

dont know why you guys flame it so much, its only 6 dollars for the mark. its no worst then spending large amounts of money on other usless jdm accessories, its just something alittle different to style your car with. obviously most of you havent seen it or know what it is.
