easy vac hose question..
in order to properly remove an engine from a car, isn't it standard practice to just pull, disconnect, yank, and unplug at random ?
here's my.. dilemm--- proble-- umm... question.. heh
new engine - D16A6..
vac hose plug on the throttlebody, and on the back side of the intake manifold..
where the 2 small rubber vac hoses run along the firewal of my DX (used to have D15B2), the hoses can be classified as the 'top' one, and the 'bottom' one..
can anyone answer quick and easy which one goes to which post on the new engine ?
yes, i'm aware they're ether right or wrong, and i'll find out as soon as i start it up, but i figure it wont hurt to ask and get that 'variable' out of the way.. heh
thanks..
chris

hehe that sounds like standard practice...best? no but usually how it goes. I can shoot a pic of my running 88 dx's engine bay tomorrow to help you with all that ish
word..
heh.. i never said best..
i took a few 'before' pictures, but with the DPFI intake manifold being totally different, it doesn't help me out much..
thanks
