i want to get a bike... need help~
I'm planning on getting the 600RR..
this is the first time getting a bike for me so I'm a noob to this section of honda.
I was wondering what would be a good price for this bike brand new from dealership and around what time of the year is the lowest on price (the best time to buy it). I also want to paint my bike championship white.. is that possible?
I got some left over after my EM1 Civic Si...
thx guys!

Champ white huh? nice choice
anyway, i'm in the same boat as you man. i'm looking at 600's too. thing is, if youre brand new to it (like me) you should look into some used bikes that you wont worry about dumping or laying down once or twice while learning. i found a few 98, 97's etc cbrs fairly priced around 3500 bucks with a few scratches on the plastic.. and you know, that's okay by me cause at least i wont be the only one putting scratches on it. id HATE to do that to a brand new bike. I've been to a couple dealerships so far and i looked at the 600F4i and that was around 8000. Salesman told me that the late fall months are when the prices on bikes (similarly to cars) start to fall for that year's model. Even so, i'd look into buying a bike you dont mind scuffing your first time on 2 wheels.

Doesn't matter whatcha get - take an MSF course first and see if you can handle a bike properly.
It will be the best $200 ya spent cuz if ya don't like it then ya learned cheap and lived to tell and if ya like it then you'll use what theu teach you every time you ride.

bike prices drop during the winter time cause people rarely ride in the cold. I would also go with a used bike. Try to find a 600rr used or better yet an f4/f4i for even cheaper.
ic.. thx guys..
yea, I was thinking about a used bike too.. i guess this is the smart way to go.
I was thinking about CBR600F4 yellow.. i really liked that one.
But the new CBR600RR makes me want to just go and buy it so it will be in my garage.. haha..
so i shall be looking for a yellow F4.. thanks guys!!
ps.. I love Honda
