17's or 16's for 96 gsr
i was looking into rims and noticed alot of ppl with 17 inch rims had bad results.
i was wondering if 17's are going to slow me down as much as ppl say they do, also i will be upgrading flywheel, will that negate the bigger heavier wheel. i will also be doing full suspension-handeling will that help reduce the rough ride of 17's.

the ride was a bit crappy and people would constantly bother me on highway and at stop lights

16's
-they look better
-there lighter
-they aren't as ricey
Unless you got a body kit, aluminum spoiler and your car is stock...then go with 16's. But if your a ricer then go with the 17's, just to make yourself happy.

15" blades on mine, 16" C8s on my friends.
IMO 15's are itchin to be bumped up a lil bit, and 17s" are just a lil too much, making 16"s good
though it isn't nearly as noticable difference as I thought it would be.

Bad results?? I have 17's and have had no problems or bad results whatsoever and i still have the stock suspension. i dont feel slower. get a nice lightweight wheel my 17's weigh less then stock 15's. so go for it get 17's

how praytell does a upgraded flywheel offset the rotational weight on your heavier rims and tires?

16's as well....But on sedans, 17's just look so much more fitting. Having owned both, I still say 16's.
