What's the going rate for a B16?
I was quoted a price of $1600 today for a complete JDM B16 with harness, ECU, transmission, and axles. That price included shipping/handling.
Is that reasonable? I'm the middle of the country.
Thinking of doing this swap on my '90 CRX.

Yup, they sell their stuff at a good price.

A friend of mine just picked up a jdm b16 swap from a local junkyard (some kid wrecked his car) for 350 bucks. The owner had no clue what it was and told him 350 if he gets it out of his hair. My buddy said it was hard to keep a straight face with the guy when they picked it up. Keep your eyes out and be patient you can find much better deals than what these distributors sell them for. I got my gsr swap for 1800 complete then found a complete rolled gsr for 1200 about 4 months after that.
