i need some help.... i took off my side moldings and put it to bare metal wanting to shave it but when i looked at the kit i wanted which is the mugen style full kit i realized that it looked like the side skirts go over where the side molding holes went. can anyone help with infomation? ill post pic's when i get a chance.

 

whatever u do dont shave them i did it to my car and it looks like **** to me and now i gonna take them off in the fall with the air grinder lol

 

i think that they look bad without the side moldings, but that is just my opinion.

 

Those Honda engineers put those side mouldings on there for a reason. Do you love door dings? I understand that a stripe of rubber can't eliminate dings, but it will definitely cut them down. You said that you were adding a Mugen kit, which is fine, but if you were to keep the factory bumpers, NEVER NEVER NEVER remove the mouldings, since they are part of the bumper your lines will be off.

Just my .02 for whatever.
