i got a cf hood from my friend for $100..but it has some oxidation. how can you tell if it has gelcoat or clearcoat? i heard a lot of manufactures use gelcoat but there are also companies using clearcoat..how can you tell the difference? i want to know so i can buy the correct wax to restore it.
