The only thing I can think of is the piping lengths might be a little different, that's about it.
The black box as well, but will the one for the gsr work on the LS? I mean, it goes inline with it and takes your ECU's fuel mapping and modify's that.
Im thinking it would work...

I think housing size on the turbine and maybe the down pipe size might be smaller onthe LS due to the lower RPM range

 

I thought the greddy kit for LS's wasnt available yet? Anyways, the piping will be a little off, and the black box will probably be worthless, but i wouldn't trust that thing anyways. Wait a little bit and they will release the LS kit which probably will give the same performance increase as the GSR kit does, only less of a hassle.
