My car today started acting all kinds of crazy, the car hesitates and bucks, and the tach just is going crazy, while driving at steady RPMs it jumps around sometimes jumping to 7k and staying there for a sec other times just jumping around. Now this is just the tach, the motor doesn't vary RPMs they stay constant. So I limped the car home and pulled the codes and its throwing a 3 and a 7 (map electrical and TPS) and 20 and 21 (electrical load and VTEC soleniod), the car was running great just a few days ago and I am stumped can anyone help me please.
The tach gets it's signal from the ignitor..what year accord? HuH? I didn't hear you.
I'll check my crystal ball.
The other codes that are being thrown don't match up with the symptom of the tach going goofy. On most accords the ground at the T-stat housing is the ground reference point for the ECU. I'd be most suspicious of the coil/ignitor, and would check the ground at the t-stat housing.

sorry, its a 95 Accord with a 92-96 JDM H22, I will check the dizzy because its an internal ignitor I believe. Not sure why its throwing the tps and the map codes
