B16 CRX FALL AROUND 3000 R's

i have a b16a in my 1989 crx hf. runs great but if im driveing at a stedy pace 2500 / 3500 rpm's it falls in to a stump. but if i hit the gas all the power is back in full force. im think'n 02s.

ok so i plueg one into the stock one and wired the other. the one one the pass side i have pluged to the factory one. is this wrong

witch one gets pluged into the hf one 1-2 or 3-4. and witch one do i wire to the ecu

Um... Well there is a great picture around that diagrams it out but I cant seem to locate it. Right now though I would just swhich them, OR unplug both, and take a test drive. If the problem goes away then you need to flip-flop them.
