New Rims, rust inside...
I just got my new rims installed today, and they're 5 spoke, meanign you can see quite a bit of whats going on with the brakes and such.
Well, the car is 12 years old, and rust has accumulated on the little round thing (not the brake disc, that is silver) but the thing holding the brake disk, along with the caliper itself.
Is there anything I can do about this bright orange rust?
Also- where can i find instructions to remove and paint calipers? (i have ABS if it matters)

picture the silver circle.
Now, its like the top layer of the cake, in front of the circle, but thicker and smaller in diameter.
kind of like this:

its your hub, and will always rust......drive your car in the rain, then let it sit for a day or two....your rotors (silver disk) will be rusted over.....but dont worry, itll all flake off once u heat up the rotors while driving......in other words...
stuff under the car + water + time = rust
