How good are Axxis's brake pads?

I beg to differ, although I have no idea how they are for "canyons"
I have the Axxis Ultimates, and they are great for daily driving & autocross, and I've heard they are also good for light track duty.

Strange, I like them alot for the occasional track, I also use them with ATE blue and SS lines.
No fade and plenty of stopping power...
Btw I have them for a year with out any problems.

****, stock pads are fine for street driving.
Tell us what you don't like about them for track use, please.

With any of these comments, please make sure you specify which Axxis pads you're talking about.
I've found that Axxis Metal Master suck for track use (they fade and don't hold up well with heat) but I've heard that the Axxis Ultimate is much better for that purpose.

Brakes are something that i think is up to the driver..there are some people that are harder on their brakes then others, some use the tranny more than the brake, and some vise versa. Everyones driving habbits are different.
To elaborate on what was previously said, when up in the canyons, one tends to use the brake pedal much MUCH more than on a track. A track does not have the continous sharp/blind turns which require the sudden stomp on the brake pedal, where as on a track, you know where you're going and when you're going to need to slow down, no blind corners, or suprises.
I used the Axxis ultimates on the street, and they worked wonderfully, but have only used the Cobalt Spec VR on the track, and i will never use another brake pad
